Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to SKISP. This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all payments made towards internet service plans, installation, or related services provided by SKISP.

1. Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation of your subscription or plan under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations must be requested by the registered customer via email to info@skisp.in or through our customer support portal.
  • Cancellations for newly activated connections must be made within 7 days from the date of activation.
  • Any request made after the mentioned period will not be eligible for cancellation.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per the following terms:

  • Installation and activation charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds for prepaid plans will be made on a pro-rata basis only if service issues are verified and unresolved by SKISP within 10 working days.
  • No refunds will be processed for partial usage or unused days in an active billing cycle.
  • Security deposits (if any) will be refunded after the return of company-provided equipment in working condition.

3. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days through the same payment mode used at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. No-Show / Service Denial

If installation or service cannot be completed due to customer unavailability, wrong address, or denial of access to the premises, the payment made towards installation and activation will be forfeited.
