4. Refunds and Cancellations

• In case of cancellation before installation, a minimal processing fee may be deducted from the refund amount.
• No refunds will be issued after successful activation of service.

5. Service Availability and Performance

• We do not guarantee any specific speed or performance unless explicitly mentioned in your subscribed plan.
• Service restoration in case of disruption will be handled on a best-effort basis.

All broadband plans are subject to our Fair Usage Policy. Data usage beyond specified limits may result in reduced speed or additional charges as per the plan selected.

7. Customer Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining your equipment (routers, devices, etc.) in proper condition.
• Do not share your internet connection for commercial resale unless authorized in writing by us.
• You must comply with all applicable TRAI and Department of Telecommunications (DoT) regulations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• SKISP Internet Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of third-party websites or services linked through our platform.

9. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described therein.

10. Changes to Terms
